Psalms 诗篇 139:1-6
O Lord, you have searched me and known me!
You know when I sit down and when I rise up;
you discern my thoughts from afar.
You search out my path and my lying down
and are acquainted with all my ways.
Even before a word is on my tongue,
behold, O Lord, you know it altogether.
You hem me in, behind and before,
and lay your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;
it is high; I cannot attain it.
But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ.
Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of KNOWING Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ
and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith—
that I may KNOW Him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death,
that by any means possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead.
We meet a tremendous number of people in our lifetime, we sometimes feel particularly privileged to know certain individuals, such as a godly role model, a childhood hero, or someone who was there to help in our time of need….yet the greatest privilege of all is to KNOW GOD.

To have knowledge about God is not knowing God.
Do you have a genuine hunger in your heart to know God?

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding. So now we can know the one who is true, and we live in that true God. We are in his Son, Jesus Christ. He is the true God, and he is eternal life.

that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and of revelation, so that you may KNOW HIM.
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of HIS Calling, and what the riches of the glory of HIS Inheritance in the saints,
And what is the exceeding greatness of His Power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
Knowing God is not a head knowledge
Knowing God is a heart knowledge, faith knowledge, experiential knowledge.

Let go of your concerns! Then you will know that I am God. I rule the nations. I rule the earth. (God’s Word)
“Stop fighting,” he says, “and know that I am God, supreme among the nations, supreme over the world.” (Good News)
Be at peace in the knowledge that I am God: I will be lifted up among the nations, I will be honoured through all the earth. (BBE)
Thus says the LORD: “Let not the wise man boast in his wisdom, let not the mighty man boast in his might, let not the rich man boast in his riches,but let him who boasts boast in this, that he understands and knows me, that I am the LORD who practices steadfast love, justice, and righteousness in the earth. For in these things I delight, declares the LORD.”
“Behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will punish all those who are circumcised merely in the flesh—
